As a busy mom, it’s a given that I don’t always have time to prepare a meal from scratch. Sometimes, it’s necessary to grab a quick bite on the go while I’m at work, heading out the door to a baseball game, or rushing out in the morning. For lunch, I pop a couple of Red’s Chicken Taquitos in the microwave and eat them while I’m working. For dinner, we love the Shredded Beef and Chicken Enchiladas. We haven’t had a chance to try the Bowls yet, but they’re definitely next on our list! I love that my teenagers can easily cook Red’s products themselves as a tasty alternative to a boring sandwich or unhealthy treat.
