UrbanMummy FIT!

No doubt, we’d all love to wake-up beach body ready this summer, but the reality is usually far from it. Finding the time to head over to your local gym can be tough, as just being a mummy is exhausting enough, without adding a 30-Minute run on the treadmill to your day.

Home workouts are a great alternative to keeping fit, for those of us who don’t have enough time in the day, or simply cannot leave the babies at home. Working out at home is easy, and it can be incorporated into your daily routine (honest)! You don’t need to set aside an hour, just 10 minutes every day or even when you get a few minutes to yourself (when your little one is sleeping J ) you could target 50 squats and 50 sit ups, before you get that all important catch up nap.

We understand the struggle, and have compiled some of our favourite home workout videos that can easily be accessed from the comfort of your living room without investing in an unused gym membership!
