I made this appetizer for my birthday!

Delicious, easy, nutritive.

First boil five eggs.


Then chop 200 Grams of ham into small pieces.


In the meantime, we make the Crust of 100 grams butter, 100 grams of flour, 250 grams of milk and 3 eggs. First melt butter and put flour. Fry all. Pour milk slowly and stir until it is thickened. Remove from stove and cool it. Add 3 eggs and mix well to be a smooth dough. Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.


Filling: 300 grams of cream mix with ham.


Cool the crust  slightly and coat it with filling. Sort boiled eggs, longways and Roll the crust up.


Coating roll with 100 grams of cream and over put  grated cheese.


Allow to cool down and cut into rings.
