Talking about Baba’s we have seen an evolution. Earlier people used to genuinely go to them for spiritual intellect/ enlightenment and now babas have established themselves in metropolitan cities to cater to the palate of Modern generation. Okay fine, it’s a PJ but there’s also a pun hidden in it too. Lets move on with the review.
Packaging is impressive. Nice containers, well sealed with additional plastic covering.
Mutton Sheek roll was incredible. Succulent and juicy lamb meat wrapped in soft bread was just splendid.
Malai Kebab was brilliant. Haryali Chicken kebab was remarkable. Both were grilled perfectly in tandoor to melt in the mouth. Obviously the later was more spicy and had better ‘masala’. The Sweet Beetroot Chutney served with the starters was wonderful.
Chicken makhanwala was fantastic. The thickness and texture of butter infused gravy was superb.
B&W Eggless Cake which was essentially more of a chocolate mousse was outstanding. It can compete with any similar dessert in a 5 star hotel.
However the Chicken lababdar was ordinary. Biryani was nothing exceptional yet above average.
You can check out their website http://www.babakadhaba.co for offers and order directly. They have some excellent combos as well which can both satisfy your appetite and leave your belly delighted.
