This is so easy dinner, that probably do not need any recipe.
But baked potatos are very typical Estonian supper, so let make them.
Oven Baked Potato
Ingredients
- ca 600 g fat pork, like bacon
- 8 potatos
- oil, salt, pepper
Directions
- 1. cut meat in to stripes and potatos in to 4 or 6 sectors
- Mix meat and potato with oil and salt
- Bake in the oven at 175 C (convection) at least for 45 minutes
