Weight Loss Journey: Struggles & Progress

I’m terribly struggling with my weight right now. Its so hard to stay on track and stay Healthy. I want a healthy body and lifestyle but I’m always faced with temptations. I try to do what’s right but I’m always failing.

I joined the gym a few months ago and I still haven’t seen a change. I’ve been exercising and eating healthier some what and I’m still not Losing weight. I want to be happy but my weight is getting in the way. My life is all about working and going to school. I know that if I can overcome this challenge I can do anything.

I want to lose weight but its not coming off. I’m slowly giving up and I’m losing motivation. I want a flat stomach but the food sticks to my body. What can I do to lose this weight? I’m losing myself and I think I have a small food addiction. I want to live a healthy lifestyle but my weight is holding me back.

I’m to the point where I don’t even want to be seen out in public. I feel scared because I always think someone’s going to say something mean or bad . I’ve been bullied before in the past and I just don’t want it to happen again. I’m trying to figure something out but I’m losing ideas. I want to fit in with people my age but I haven’t found the right group of friends yet. Its hard because I was born with this problem. I just hope I can solve it and move on from it
