Zero Points Chicken Chili!!!

This Super easy and slightly spicy Chicken Chili Recipe is filling, comforting and zero points on Weight Watcher’s Freestyle Program…

Ingredients   [ For 4 to 5 people ]    [   Preparation time : 12 minute  –  Cooking time : 15 minutes  ]

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can 15 oz pinto beans
  • 1 can 16 oz. kidney beans’1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
  2. Heat until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes (covered )over medium-low heat.
