This Super easy and slightly spicy Chicken Chili Recipe is filling, comforting and zero points on Weight Watcher’s Freestyle Program…
Ingredients [ For 4 to 5 people ] [ Preparation time : 12 minute – Cooking time : 15 minutes ]
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 can 15 oz pinto beans
- 1 can 16 oz. kidney beans’1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red salsa
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 can green chilis
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation Method
- Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
- Heat until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes (covered )over medium-low heat.
