Ingredients [ For 4 to 5 people ] [ Preparation time : 12 minute – Cooking time : 15 minutes ]
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Lemon Seasoning
- -1 tsp sea salt or garlic salt
- -1 tsp black pepper
- -1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (or water)
- 1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 1 TBSP Garlic
- 1-2 TBSP Chopped Parsley
- 1-2 TBSP Chopped Chives
Preparation Method
- Preheat skillet and coat pan with olive oil.
- sprinkle lemon seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Cook on both sides 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Pour in broth and cream, scraping the bottom of the pan for any bits. they hold all the flavor.
- Add in cheese and garlic, stirring until cheese is melted and incorporated.
- Add in chopped parsley and chives, stir.
- Place chicken back into the pan and top with any leftover parsley and chives for presentation.
- Turn heat down to low. this will allow the sauce to thicken.
