These are one of the most legendary street-snacks you can find in Hong Kong and have been a local favourite for decades. These sweet and warm treats are famous for their unique shape, which resemble a cluster of eggs.

These are a unique and delicious snack that can be described as relative to sushi, where instead of seaweed wraps, noodle sheets are used to wrap various ingredients into rolls which are then usually cut into several bite-sized pieces.

Bowl Pudding

These are delicious and are more gelatinous cakes than puddings. They generally contain a red bean paste and are commonly served hot, although some like them cold.

Fried Squid

This is one of the most delicious snacks one can experience in Hong Kong, but be warned…some places deep fry an entire squid, which might be a little intimidating. This is available in most places where dining in Hong Kong is concerned, from street stalls to entities such as Cosmo Hotel Wan Chai Hong Kong.
