Looking for help to evaluate an Offer from Google for an L5 PM role based in London. 10 YOE. Based in US currently, this would be a relo.

Base: £94.5k (~$125k)
Target bonus: 15%
RSUs: £142k/4 ($189k/4)
TC: £144k ($191k)

No competing offers currently, and haven't negotiated yet. How does this offer seem for London? In my response, how much more can I reasonably ask for base vs. RSUs? And if I was to ask for a different US-based location (like Boston), how much more could I expect in TC if any? Thanks.
