G is interesting and I like them but don’t need to accept. Happy with current role and have a competing offer at 300k from a company don’t like as much. Offer is a slight beat from current comp. Haven’t found an interesting team at G yet.

My first instinct is reject, but ask for revised offer that’s more competitive and can put me in a position to accept. Then, make final accept/reject decision based on their response. What would you do?
