It’s an interesting time for the Kardashians. Lawsuits are flying all over the place and they’re multiplying almost as quickly as the sisters who are rumored to be pregnant. If you can’t keep up with the legal actions the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars have been taking, let me help you out a little.
In addition to Rob Kardashian’s custody battle with his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna over their daughter Dream, in the summer she filed for a temporary restraining order against him. A few months later he and his younger sister Kylie Jenner (who, let’s not forget, dated Chyna’s baby daddy Tyga) sued the former exotic dancer. (The siblings claim that she allegedly tried to strangle Rob with an iPhone cord and trashed Kylie’s house.)
This month Chyna (whose real name is Angela White) sued the entire Kardashian clan (including Kylie, Kris and Kendall Jenner and Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian) claiming that the “vindictive” family allegedly used their influence on E! to have her reality TV series Rob & Chyna was canceled. Then there are her domestic violence allegations against Rob.
Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni got into the mix by suing talk show host Wendy Williams for $1 million for defamation, slander and harassment. Now she has found herself in legal hot water too.
