WHAT FOODS WILL GET RID OF CONSTIPATION?






It a topic no one really talks about. You sweep this subject under the rug because you're embarrassed. You're not sure whom to ask so you Google Constipation. Hopefully, prune juice comes into the top of the result. You face palm to yourself and chugged down the unflavored purple juice. Two days later, you're still constipated. Bloated and moody, you start cutting down food and drinking lots of water. Sadly, your bowels still won't move in the right direction. This is the moment where you laid in bed and start questioning what you're doing wrong with your life. Morbid thoughts will definitely not help the situation. Here are easy recipes to get rid of your constipation within two days.

RECIPES

CONSTIPATION 1-2 DAYS

 1) Morning 7:00-8:00 a.m

1 Cup of coffee + 2 tangerines (vitamin C helps constipation)

8:30 a.m: 2 Cups of hot water ( counterbalance the dehydration of the coffee)

 

2) Morning 7:00-8:00 a.m

 Unsweetened Yogurt + 1 teaspoon chia seeds + 1 Cup of hot lemon water

 

 3) Lunch 11:30-12:00 p.m

2 sliced of whole grain bread + mayonnaise (thin layer)+ tomatoes + 1 Cup of green tea

 

 4) Snack 15:00 - 16:00 pm

Organic black bean chips + hot lemon water ( this is excellent for light to medium constipation, a recommended brand is the Beanitos, they're vegan and gluten-free)

 

5) Snack 15:00 - 16:00 pm

Apple + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter + 1 Cup of green tea

 

Things to avoid 

 * Dairy products (ice cream & cream cheese, you might be lactose intolerant

 * Junk food (they contain a lot of sodium which retains water)
