Happy New Year guys! *Inserts fireworks*

Can all agree that twenty eighteen is our year?! Yassssss!!! I’m sorry I abuse these exclamation marks.

I hope to love myself some more, self-love is everything guys! You need to feel it to believe it. For me this is more like choosing myself before anyone else. If it’s no good for me, then bye!

I hope to be a stronger human too, trying to let go of the things I fear the most and staying unattached to humans.

In this post I’m styling this floral Maxi Skirt. I’m pairing it with a denim bralette, a scarf, hoop earrings, and a twenty seventeen trend, the woven bag. Peep those badges on the straps of my bralette! fancy yeah ?

Maxi skirts are basically ankle length skirts which usually touch more like sweep the ground.

You might find these tips handy when you want to wear a maxi;

• What top are you wearing: A flowing skirt like what I have on looks good on a cropped or fitted top and creates a good contrast. It’s the same way a tight skirt would pair well with a loose top.
• What footwear are you wearing: Sandals or slippers make the look very casual. If you’re petite, heels would add a bit of height. If you’re taller, flats or heels would work, though heels are more suitable if it’ll be worn in the evening.
• What colours are you wearing: I try to emphasize on one piece of clothing, and this skirt was it for me. You could either mix your patterned skirt with a solid top and vice versa, or maybe go monochrome and rock one colour.
