Chocolate Santa's and running: what does one have to do with the other?

Eating chocolate santa's is very nice. The chocolate breaks easily into bitesize pieces and melts slowly in your mouth.

After eating a chocolate Santa

But as soon as the last piece of chocolates enters your mouth, you become overwhelmed by a feeling of discomfort. In the following hours you'll feel bloated and fat, and you tell yourself you'll never eat a whole santa again.

After going for a run

Running on the other hand can be hard. You get sweaty and tired. Your head takes on the colour of a tomato and your hair goes all over the place. But as soon as the last mile is run you become overwhelmed by a feeling of joy. In the following hours you'll feel good about yourself and confident, and you tell yourself you'll do it again soon.

So the million dollar question is

So ask yourself this: would you choose the five minutes pleasure of a chocolate santa and hours of discomfort and feeling fat? Or would you choose thirty minutes of physical exertion and feel good for hours? Would you go for the short term comfort or the long term?

For those who cannot choose there's the possibilty to take both! You eat the chocolate santa, and to prevent feelings of bloating you immediately go for a run.

This way you get the best of both worlds!
