Marathon Training Week 11: Seriously Long Runs

I headed into Week 11 of Training for the Chevron Houston Marathon feeling pretty strong. I had a lot to do and good intentions for the week, which turned out to be a lot more stressful than I anticipated. I made it through, but just barely. Monday I went to CrossFit, and the strength work was all snatches: hang squat snatch, squat snatch, and overhead
