After the Rock N Roll San Antonio Half Marathon, I had a recovery week on my Marathon Training plan calendar. And I needed it: I woke up on Monday morning with sore legs and a sore lower back, although I still felt better than I expected after sitting in a car for four hours (did I mention my husband’s car has heated seats?).
