If you’ve been following my Marathon Training adventures, you know I was due for a running recovery week. Honestly, I am still fuming from my Chipotle-induced illness during the Houston Half Marathon. (And I know it was Chipotle because the only other member of my house also got sick. We later learned that we both had bacterial infections, so thanks, Chipotle!) Anyway. The running recovery week couldn’t have come at a better time, because I was still dealing with the fallout of the Chipotle bacterial infection.
