Each Bowflex Selecttech ST 552 Adjustable Dumbbell can be adjusted from 5 lbs up to 52.5 lbs (in 2.5 lb increments up to the first 25 lbs). The full range of weight settings are: 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 52.5 lbs.
