Well Monday is over and now onto Tuesday.  I feel like I am making a difference in people's lives, my friend is losing weight on my product and can not be happier.  She has struggled with her weight and is finally seeing results.  I do tell her that she needs to incorporate exercise into her routine but at least this is giving her a jump start on the weight lose.

So I decided to do a health tip and then a grateful statement.  So my first Health tip of the day is:

To get more fiber in your diet, a good type of fiber is Glucomannan, see below for description:

Any type of Fiber is good so trying to get more fiber into your diet is key.

I am thankful for the people that have come into my life recently and are true leaders and make me be a better person.

In the past week I have had nothing but positive people surrounding me and it has made a difference, I feel better about myself and my new Journey.
