Insta Inspriation.

I get most of my Workouts from pinterest or Instagram and I’ve recently discovered an incredible Instagram account that I want to share with you guys –> her name is Lilly Sabri.

I always struggle to put together my own workouts so videos are so helpful –> especially if the moves are new. Making sure your form is correct is so important and by watching a video, you can see exactly how the move should be performed. Lilly has so many amazing videos for every single body part –> her ab and arm workouts are my favourite!

She also has the most incredible body and she’s vegetarian:

Look at those abs! Just goes to show that you don’t need meat to get in enough protein

Most of her workouts are super simple HIIT workouts –> short doses of high intensity exercise which is great for fat loss. I’ve been doing quite a few of her videos and don’t be fooled –> just because they’re only 20 minutes long doesn’t mean it’s not a good workout. My arms / abs ache so much after one round!
