Product Review: Cascade Ice Carbonated Water

Product Review: Cascade Ice Carbonated Water

A surprise box landed at my house filled with six 17.2 oz bottles of Cascade Ice in various flavors. Besides the box at my house, what also surprised me was the taste. I didn’t expect it to be that good.

Each bottle of Cascade Ice has no calories, because all it is is carbonated water infused with a nature fruit drink. They are all sugar free, sodium free, gluten free and caffeine free.

I love the bottles. They are tall and long and easy to hold. They go down smooth and between the bubbles and the fruit, it tastes like a soda without all the bad stuff!

Although I only had the opportunity to sample six, Cascade Ice comes in 20 different flavors including: Orange Mango, Lemonade, Pomegranate Berry, Pink Grapefruit, Coconut, Raspberry Pomegranate, Blueberry Watermelon, Strawberry Lemonade, Acai Blueberry Pomegranate, McIntosh Apple, Raspberry Lemonade and Peach Mango. I can honestly say that each one tasted better than the other!

The Orange Mango tasted just like Orange Soda without all the bad stuff! The Blueberry Watermelon tasted like Blackberry soda and the Coconut tasted like Coconut water with fizz. All delicious and all worth the try. Interestingly, the commonality among the four I tasted was that they all are made with Pear juice.

I loved that it was sparkling water with a splash of fruit. I find myself taking Pellegrino and putting a lime or a lemon in it to enhance the flavor. For me, I like the bubbles. It’s soothing on my throat and I find myself drinking more of it than natural spring water.

I also love that it’s 0 calories with no unnatural sweetener! That’s a big deal. I can’t stand those artificial sweeteners. They always leave a bitter aftertaste. The Cascade Ice doesn’t leave an after taste. It tastes good when you’re drinking it and it tastes good when you finish the bottle.

I sampled three of the six bottles for this review and I was totally satisfied. It quenched my thirst and it felt good going down.

Would I buy this if I saw it in a shop? Absolutely! This one is a four thumbs up! You can find Cascade Ice at Acme and Tops Stores throughout the country. Go on the website and see where you can find a retailer close to you.
