If you ever wondered what you need to have before hiring a member of the Positive Steps team, then this is for you.


Today I shall give you 12 things that you must understand, answer, or do, before I can help you to help yourself through Social mobility.


Positive Steps Into Social Mobility…Here are the 12 Things I Need From You Before I Can Help You Make Your Positive Steps.


1. Get Clear On You!  Plus, be able to answer the statement Why You Are In Need of Social Mobility.


2. What is it that you consider important and should be focusing on? Why? Is there an event coming up soon that you need help with?


3. Are you already ‘scouting’ for beneficial connections?  If yes, Where?


4. Show your commitment to wanting change in your life journey.  DO NOT Just Talk About It.


5. Make your potential show so that others know that you are serious about your change in your current social sphere. Do you want to know why?  It is important, in order for them to not resist connecting to you and taking you on the journey with them.


6. An understanding that all business comes from relationships and demonstrating that you can show the positive steps whether on a 1:1 or group occasion. Why?  It is to show how good you are at what you do and will have people lining up to meet you. To have you included in their social circle. This does not mean overly bragging or being pompous. It is about showing your character/personality and how people take to you and want to be around you. Like-minded people link to like-minded people across various social circles.


7. Your ability to manoeuvre with different social circles and still stay unique with your unique selling point (USP).


8. Your ability to create your content, but not give too much away for free. Learning to use your instinct to advance your social situations through analytical abilities and observations.  This can create a positive ripple effect for more to be attracted to you through the people that you are introduced to and have connected with at various social places.


9. Understand that when you give clear and tactical advice, support or guidance to others through your USP people are going to want to know more about you.


10. You need to invest the time to know how or learn how to create your content for the ripple effect to be at its most advantageous.   You want to be the ‘go to’ person for a specific professional and social function.


11. You have to think of yourself as a business entity.  You need to know how to make an offer to project your USP. Leading to accepting clients with a special offer that inspires them to want to take you up on it. Limit the offer. Know how to limit the offer. Do not make it open ended. Stick by it, unless the reward for the connection is over and above your asking price for your involvement, where you shall benefit greatly from the interaction on another level apart from financially.


12. You want to continue to build upon your expertise and investment of yourself for as long as possible.
