Dream Big And Stay Disciplined!

I was in Warsaw, Poland last Weekend and got to hear a good speech by Cedric Dumont. He is a skydiver sponsored by Red Bull. He gets to experience the feeling closest to flying possible for human beings.

Cedric brought up a great point about setting big goals and achieveing them. Here we are talking about a guy who has landed next to the pyramids in Egypt. It is only natural for people to Dream but sadly most of the dreaming ends with the dreamer being overwhelmed and even intimidated by the dream.

So what could be the solution to this kind of a problem? As soon as you have a definite goal and you really want to achieve it, you should do at least something every single day towards reaching that goal.

That kind of a process makes the overwhelm stop immediately and you get a feeling of achievement. If you manage to carry on with that kind of discipline you may consider yourself a person of strong character, because most people can't. That also helps you move closer to achieveing your goals and that's what you ultimately want.

In conclusion, it is important for us as human-beings to Dream Big, otherwise what's the point of living? But if you feel intimidated by your goals, then it is vital to break the goal down to small daily steps you can take to achieve it.
