The Status of my revised manuscript has changed from 'Awaiting ME Processing' to 'Under Review' and now to 'Revision'. What exactly does 'Revision' mean? Does it mean the same thing as 'Awaiting Decision'?

From wht I understand, you have re-submitted your manuscript after revision to the same journal and the status has changed from ‘Under review’ to ‘Revision’. It is slightly strange that the status 'Revision' is being displayed now although the submission system did not show this status during the previous rounds of review. Journals usually have standard status changes like 'Under editorial processing,' 'Under review,' 'Decision pending,' 'Decision in process,' etc. that are repeated every time a revised manuscript is submitted.
‘Revision’ here could mean that your manuscript requires further revisions to be accepted. It is possible that these are minor revisions, which you would be checked by the editor and would not need another round of review.
