I grew up playing the game. It was fun. My friends and I have such fond memories of Oregon Trail so having the ability to test this game out was so much fun for us.

Have you played the original Oregon Trail game?

Pros: brings back fond memories, can make a great story

Cons: little strategy, board can be busy, lots of instructions

My Overall Opinion: The Oregon Trail game is okay at best. I found this game to lack strategy or any skills. That being said, I found this game to have a lot of different instructions. It is okay to come across a game every so often to play for fun, but I found this game to have to much involved, I would have expected more. Not a favorite from our perspective.
