Death at the Goodyear Plant in Topeka is now being investigated by the OSHA

A 61-year-old contract employee James Lay Jr., was seriously injured at Goodyear Plant in Topeka, Kansas production facility on Tuesday, March 15.

Kansas Personnel Services Inc., the staffing agency that employed Lay, and also Goodyear never have given a full written statement, however OSHA investigators since then were on the location to figure out what happened.
