Little Praying Mary

Today in this post I thought to share one of my new trail in wax. It was since a long time I was thinking of a praying child model to make. I realized that praying Marry will a nice thought. But I was not interested in copying any existing arts or models. That's why I decided to make a little praying Marry. I want to make a child Marry in wax. Again the question arose in my mind, How?. ..I don't have any experience of making a wax model, and I don't have any type of making materials. So I searched for material at my home. And finally, I got an unused candle, ice creme stick, and a needle. I attached the needle to this ice creme stick and heated the needle by using another candle. Then used the heated pin to model the Little praying Marry in that unused candle piece. As I was working on my free time It took about 3 weeks to complete the model. As it was my First trial I felt it as really tough to mold the wax into required shape the required part. But it was really a nice experience for me. So, I hope you got an idea what to do with unused candle pieces. Make it be in the design in your mind. It will take little time, But it will be a nice experience. My friends said it was a nice work and I am happy with that. Hope you all like it, and waiting for your valuable suggestions.
