Age: 40 years to 55 years.
Educational Qualification: Any Commerce graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

3. AGM (Regulatory Reporting) SMGS – V : 02 posts
Age: 40 to 53 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate with from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

4. Chief Manager (Procurement) SMGS – IV : 01 post
Age: 29 years to 50 years.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

5. Chief Manager (Book Keeping & Accounting) SMGS – IV : 03 posts
Age: 29 years to 50 years.
Educational Qualification: Any Commerce graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. M.Com/CA Interns is preferred.

6. Chief Manager (Administration) SMGS – IV : 01 post
Age: 35 years to 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

7. AGM (Internal Audit) SMGS – V : 01 post
Age: 32 to 53 years
Educational Qualification: M.Com from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

8. DGM (Back Office Operations) TEGS – VI : 01 post
Age: 40 years to 55 years.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

9. Chief Manager (Retail Products) SMGS – IV : 01 post
Age: 35 years to 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. MBA (Marketing) is preferred

10. Chief Manager (Merchant Products) SMGS – IV : 01 post
Age: 35 years to 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. MBA (Marketing) is preferred

11. Chief Manager (Public Relations) SMGS – IV : 01 post
Age: 35 years to 45 years.

Age: 32 years to 50 years.

13. DGM (Legal) TEGS – VI : 01 post
Age: 40 years to 55 years.
Educational Qualification: Any Law graduate or equivalent law degree from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

14. DGM (Operational Risk and Fraud) TEGS – VI : 01 post
Age: 40 years to 55 years.
Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

15. DGM (Regulatory Compliance) TEGS – VI : 01 post
Age: 40 years to 55 years.

PAY-SCALE, ALLOWANCES AND PERQUISITES :

• TEGS-VI – Rs. 68,680 – 76,520 ( 218,294.00 – Approximate Total Monthly CTC# )
• SMGS – V – Rs. 59,170 – 66,07 ( 176,664.00 – Approximate Total Monthly CTC# )
• SMGS – IV – Rs. 50,030 – 59,170 (144,250.00- Approximate Total Monthly CTC# )

Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance & other allowances at Metropolitan Centre (Delhi)

Selection Procedure : Selection will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test. IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc. Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on the website.
