There exists slight contradiction between time and results. From leadership point of view it is good to Challenge the Status Quo of how much time things really do take, this works both professionally and personally.
When was the last time you’ve challenged yourself to do the things in half of the time you usually do it or in any other form of focused effort?
A task done with focus delivers amazing results. That’s why the best goals are SMART goals. However, I would also encourage to do this to the everyday things we do, for example a morning routine, work out or reading a book. Challenge yourself, every once in a while: learning will happen regardless if you will succeed or not.
Time is our most precious resource in life and therefore just the knowledge that you can cut half out of a slot of hour or two can make HUGE difference in the upcoming years or days.
