VTU students involved in tampering high court writ petition

Recently many students went to high Court to apply for write petition seeking the admission to one-time exit scheme, these students are mainly from 2014 scheme and also 2015 scheme. Though court allowed most of these students via interim order and issued a notification to colleges favouring students. But a few days back it has been identified that some students are involved in manipulating and tampering the court order by adding names of students who weren’t part of the writ petition.

Though it is yet be known that who did it and how many are involved, its certain that high court ordered to find out who did it and also gave notice to students who are suspected.

The news has recently published in some print Medias and went viral on many social platforms.

How did they found out?

In the tampered interim order copy, the date is shown as October 29, and as the day was Saturday and obviously holiday for the court, it raised eyebrows of officials and there was no session held that day as well. And some students even approached court regarding this.

So now high court took the issue very seriously and ordered registrar to find out the students who are involved in this.
