The Daintree Rainforest

Situated in Australia, the Daintree Rainforest is the third largest rainforest in the world and is one of the most unique and beautiful in the world. Its uniqueness is associated with its treelines which grow to the edges of the ocean. There are hundreds of ancient species that live in this rainforest. It has even been named a Wet Tropics World Heritage Site ever since 1988 which allows it to be protected by disruption which includes logging and deforestation.
