Isn’t Autumn the season of colours and tastes? From the golden leaves to cinnamon spiced beverages and pumpkin cakes, this is the time to get cosy and treat yourself with delicacies.

Today my treat is a warm cup of antioxidant rich Rooibos from my favourite Cape and Cape tea house based in South Africa.

Sweet and herbal, Rooibos Tea is my go to beverage in the evening as it contains no theine and consequently won’t impact my falling asleep.
