We are going to start our tour of the local micro brewery. We are starting today with the Four Corners brewery based in Dallas, TX.

We tried their Local Buzz a Rye beer. The beer pours in a nice copper colour with a creamy head.

First come a strong bitter Honey raste, the bitterness is carried by the eye and lingers. Somewhat it could make the honey taste artificial a little bit, there is an interesting cross between the sweetness of the honey which transition very smoothly into the bitterness of the rye.

If you don’t mind the rye bitterness this can be a very easy light beer to drink and cool down, otherwise I could see many people seeing this beer being a bit more body heavy.
