Embuscade from the Nébuleuse Brewery

We make a small break in our Slovene craft beer tour to have a look at one of its close neighbors products: Switzerland. The Beard Warrior was recently in this alpine country and had the chance to Taste to the Embuscade, an American IPA fro, the Nébuleuse brewery.

The Nébuleuse brewery is located in the little town of Renens. It started as a small adventure in 2013 and expanded quite quickly, they now offer more than a dozen beers.

We only had the chance to have a proper taste at the Embuscade and American IPA. The beer has a nice light amber color. The first taste gives aroma of citrus with some pine. It linger with a bitter bitter taste with some high note of Pine. We loved it, our stay in Switzerland was definitely too short.
