Year-Round Cleanings

We are open and available to clean year-round!

• Our cleaning teams are available Tuesday through Saturday in the winter.
• Off-season office hours are 8:00 am to 3 pm Tuesday to Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

Spring Cleanings

Enclosed is our Spring Cleaning Checklist for you to review. Return your checklist as soon as possible to ensure a spot on our busy spring schedule. If you have any special requests or questions, please let us know by using the space on the back of the checklist. This allows us to customize the cleaning to your specific needs and to schedule the appropriate amount of time. We require a signed copy of the checklist and a $250.00 deposit for all spring cleanings. If we do not already have your credit card on file, this is a good time to provide it to us.

• Return your spring cleaning checklist with a deposit to have your cleaning scheduled.
• Narrow driveway? Please ensure that it is brushed out before your first cleaning. The last thing your tenants or we want is to gouge our cars with any protruding branches.
• If you have had the water or electricity turned off over the winter, arrange to have it turned on about two weeks before your “clean by” date. A $50 fee will be assessed if we need to turn on the pump, water tank or electricity.

Other Services

Are dirty windows spoiling your view? Let us know and we will schedule window washing for your house. Typically, we schedule window cleanings after pollen season. Estimates are available on request.
