MY GIRL'S FRIEND WENT TO SIBU AND CAME BACK... Her friend gave her a Packet of Sibu Kampua noodles! Since my girl is a Big Fan of Kampua and Kolo mee, this packet of noodles makes her happy. Now the thing is, yours truly will have to cook this every now and then.
Started on the task yesterday, opened ceremony after it has been on the table for a couple of days. I bought some chicken fillets from the market, minced them up and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Oh, forgot to buy greens!! All I had is cauliflower and a salted egg... er... shouldn't be a problem, a new dish was soon created for our dinner.... LOL...
Inside the big packet, there are five small packets of noodles...
Individually wrapped with seasoning...
it consists of lard oil, black sauce and a white packet which I believe is MSG or Aji...
I just put in one packet of lard oil and black sauce for two packet of noodles...
Minced chicken with garlic and ginger...
And a new dish.. Cauliflower with Salted Egg...
Both dishes looked yellowish because of my warm light!
