Chathamma is a beautiful Village in Ernamkulam district which is around 11 kms far from Kochin. Chathamma is situated in Kumbalam panchayath where the prawns farming is very famous. The place is having the farming of other fishes too.

There is a very beautiful but small Resort available in Chathamma, Lake Symphony Resort. The resort is situated in a 40 cent property and having 4 cottages in it. This is a good choice for the family to spend the weekends. I will not recommend this place for a large group and shall not expect high-five facilities here. The property is more or like a home stay but decent.

The resort is having a well maintained swimming pool and couple of hangout places near the lake. The view from the resort is really a feast for your eyes and you will enjoy the beauty of the lake.

The village itself is beautiful with paddy fields, coconut trees and Toddy shops with local Kerala food ( this is the real highlight of the destination).

Distance from Kochin 12 Kms and from airport it will be around 25kms.
