The best time to visit this zone is from mid of November to mid-June. The Jhirna zone has been yet another zone, preferred by tourists. With the presence of the enormous number of wild bears, it’s an easily accessible place by most of the tourists. The best time to explore this zone lies between October to June.
WildLife other than Tigers –
The Bijrani zone is known for its rich flora, including the Sal forest. Apart from Elephants, Monkeys, Tigers, etc. you can enjoy beautiful birds flying all over the zone.
The Durga Devi zone is best known for the different species of birds. Some of the famous birds that can catch your eye include Grey Headed Fishing Eagle, Black Chinned Yuhina, Maroon Orile, and more.
You can have a closer view of the wildlife by availing Jeep Safari, Elephant Safari, or Canter Safari. However, the safari time varies depending upon the season. During your stay, you can opt among the various resorts like Riverside resort, Le Roi resort, forest resort, and more.
How to Reach-
There are many traveling options available to reach Jim Corbett National park. From Delhi, it is around 260 kilometers. However, you can take the air route from Delhi or train a route if you are coming from Ramnagar. You can behold your sight with fresh grassland and wildlife and make the most of your trip between March to April.
