From the units, the view is of two features, the pool, and the trees. The back of the property hits adjacent properties so the flow into natural landscaping keeps everything pura vida.

Dreamy Accommodations

The townhouses in Los Sueños I separate the sleeping areas from the shared spaces by floors. That divide allows everyone to sleep without interruption. Those who wake early, either because they rise early or don’t know when to go to bed, won’t keep the sleepers awake.

The ground floor is where you’ll enter your vacation rental. That’s where you’ll find the comfy living room, apt dining room, and modern kitchen. It’s open concept so everything flows into one shared space.

This unit, number 9, is newly remodeled with all furniture, and a modern kitchen. There is both a dining room table for more formal meals and a counter for casual eating or socializing.

The living room sectional makes a great place to hang and watch cable TV if that’s your thing, and the whole place is connected by wifi.

Upstairs is where you’ll find the two spacious bedrooms and private baths. The beds in each room are queen-sized, and there’s plenty of storage space to toss your luggage, clothes, and whatever else you bring.

There’s not much missing here that you would need from, only you and your best beach gear.

Dreamy Vacation

At Los Sueños I, you have access to more than town and the beach. There is a grocery store in walking distance, several restaurants, and plenty of places to socialize.

Farther out, accessible by car or bus, Tamarindo enjoys a centralized location to some Costa Rica’s best tourism destinations.
