Hi! I’m Stephanie Mitchell, and I’m a Junior Designer here at Scout Studios. We’ve been on the hunt lately for unique light fixtures for a fun commercial project we’ve got in the works. I wanted to share our thoughts on Lighting, what’s trending now, and how you can get the same look in your budget.

Lighting can really make or break a space. You know those “wow” moments when you walk into a room and you just don’t know why you love it, but you do? For me it’s always the light fixtures. They can pack a punch if used properly.

Right now, I am loving natural elements. The trends are leaning more towards bring nature and natural textures back into the spaces that we spend the most time in. So how do you combine lighting and nature? Rattan lighting, of course! I have rounded up my favorite styles in a range of price points, so you can bring a little bit of that outdoor feeling inside.

With these options, you can transform any space and any style. From coastal to bohemian, modern to cottage, rattan is a versatile material. I love the impact a single pendant can make or even a cluster of them.
