THIS is worth following!

At the beginning of November, they began shooting the first season of “The Complete Plate” for Shaw and I got to photograph behind the scenes as they filmed.  What a great experience!  And let me tell you, these ladies have some GREAT tips and tricks and very useful information!  As an added bonus, we got to eat everything they made!!  I have made the Mediterranean summer rolls on several occasions and people can’t stop talking about how good (and so very easy) they are!

AND… the first episode is airing THIS SUNDAY, January 29th at 7:oopm on Shaw Channel 10.  Here’s a little teaser…
