Accessories make my world go round, especially when they're gold, flashy and totally unnecessary. Case in point: my new metallic bag, Chain Belt, and necklace party. What can I say, I'm a sucker for anything shiny and eye catching, much like a magpie. Sorry, not sorry.

While I have you here in the trawls of superficiality, can we take a moment to discuss those hideously adorable sandals on my paper-white feet? They were a Goodwill find last summer and I'm majorly smitten with them, despite the odd mystery-stain and not-entirely flattering shape. Still, every time I see them I give myself a mental high-five for finding them, especially now that places like Zara have recreated them for like a bajillion times more than what I spent (5 bucks, in case you were wondering). Man I love thrifting.
