With her 10 year professional experience in private and corporate event planning and management, Shen knows what it takes to plan and execute the perfect day. She has made it her mission to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and vendors. With a diverse clientele, she is extremely passionate about helping each individual client to find their own voice for their wedding day. Every bride has a unique story to tell and she is dedicated to helping her execute her day to perfection while being very attentive and dedicated to her wishes. Shen has executed countless events and is often sought after for her attention to detail and expertise.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
This journey has been a bumpy road and worth every moment. I wouldn’t change anything that I have been through, because it has made me who I am today. A few of the struggles I faced were learning that you need to do an extensive background check with the people that you work with. Not everyone is in this business is honest and you don’t need to stop what you’re doing you just need to be more cautious and have transparency. Although these types of encounters can be defeating, never let it stop you from passion keep pushing through and teach others who are new to the business what you’ve learned and experience.

Absolute Events by Shen is an Event Management Agency turning your visions into reality and executing your small to large events with perfection. We provide event management, event planning and full, partial and on the day services. We provide services for corporate events, Private events, Weddings, Employee Enrichment events, Birthday Celebrations, Fashion events and Business Conferences. We specialize in fashion and private events. We are most proud of executing your vision and customizing a package to fit your needs. What sets us apart from other companies is that we have an extensive background in many deferent types of events and understand each culture and are very sensitive to those requests. We are here to help organize your events and provide an absolutely unforgettable experience.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We have a few upcoming events for the fall and winter. We have a Plus Size casting call on September 15th at the Dance Complex in Cambridge for our November 24th Plus Size Couture Fashion Show. We also have a Sip and Chat World Movement by Dhylles Victoria discussing the aftermath of being in a relationship with some who has mental disorders and the affects that is takes on your own mental health, also on September 15th at the Dance Complex in Cambridge MA. We also have a few weddings in the south that we are coordinating and managing for next summer. Some changes that we are making are creating more events opportunities in the southern states and also abroad in the island without Island Fashion Tours for 2019. We are in the process of having a few satellite offices around the country.

Pricing:

• We have three packages. Full Event Management package. you will receive unlimited consultation, your event coordinator will assist you with finding the right vendors and help you create your vision. You will have full assistant from day one until the day of your event. The cost is $250 per hour.
• Partial Event Packages. With the Partial Package you will receive four hours of consultation for your event. Your event coordinator will assist you with a list of vendors and your event coordinator will help you coordinate on the day of your event. The cost is $150 per hour.
• The last package is On The Day Event Pacakage. With the On the Day Package, you will receive one hour of consultation. Your event coordinator ill be available to assist you on the day of your event. The cost is $50 per hour.
