Egg Bhurji In Punjabi Style


Egg Bhurji is nothing but scrambled egg which is a common as well as easy dish to be prepared in a short span of time and today I am going to prepare for you Egg Bhurji in Punjabi Style, so try it at home


Ingredients:
  • Eggs - 15
  • Oil - 6 tablespoons
  • Chopped Onions - 6 medium
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 6 medium
  • Chopped Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Chopped Green Chillies - 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and Add Chopped onions
  • Once the onions get brownish add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, Green chillies and mix well
  • On the other end break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well to form a liquid one and mix with the spices in the pan
  • Stir well until the egg mix becomes totally dry to form a bhurji
  • Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha, nun or chapati
