This actually turned out really good on the first try. It's great over Activia Light if you can have dairy.
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then place on a cookie sheet thinly (all of it will fit) and toast at 350 until light golden brown

2/3 cup raisins
1/3 LITE maple syrup
