Macrobiotic cookies with almond and cranberries

Today I made ​​a Cake that I thought that I will not ever bake this kind of cake in my whole in life .. but I want tomorrow to celebrate the 80th birthday of my mother and i want to do all the food to satisfied each member of my mother family.At the end I made ​​the cake for my aunt who was moved to a Macrobiotic diet .

INGREDIENTS:

* 3 cups barley
* 1 cup raisins
1 cup cranberries
* 1 cup chopped and ground almonds
* Grated lemon rind
* Juice of one lemon
* 1 / 2 cup of maple syrup
* 1 tablespoon corn oil
* Pinch of salt
* baking soda or baking powder



Preparation:
