Pancake Day with Num Noms Series 3

It's Num Noms series 3! We've been taking great inspirations from the Num Noms in the past with their delicious combinations, and they've inspired us with our Pancake Day fillings this year as well.

We made some really yummy Japanese style Crepes (click for recipe and a review for Breville Crepe Maker) last weekend, so that I can post this up today to share with you some Num Noms pancakes ideas!

We didn't do any savoury pancakes this time because we under-estimated how filling Japanese style Crepes are, and we all started with a sweet first! But Num Noms series 3 has both sweet and savoury Num Noms, you'll bound to find something you'll love!

We were sent a Num Noms series 3 Lunchbox Deluxe Pack and a Num Noms series 3 Mystery Pack to expand our series 3 collection, so that we can have more ideas.

The Deluxe pack comes with a Stamp-It Nom, and it's a special edition one, which is fuzzy! It smells absolutely peachy, and we decided that we'll definitely have peaches in our pancakes.

The Mystery Pack comes with a Gloss-Up Nom with duo flavours, and we received Mintberry Gloss-Up Nom, which smells gorgeous!

There are 2 Num Noms series 3 Lunchbox Deluxe Pack styles, each comes with a Stamp-It Nom as seen above, as well as a Erase-It Nom that comes in pairs and will fit into a Num that's also included in the pack. This Lunchbox Deluxe Pack came with Slice & Wedge Erase-it, who are twins. And they will fit snuggly inside Oscar Orange Num's belly!

See below for the other set - Pea & Pod Erase-It Noms that fits inside Eda Mama Num:

Combining the ones we've received with our previous Num Noms series 3 collection, we have plenty of ideas to choose from for our Pancake Day!

We decided to use the following ingredients, inspired by:

Grapes - Victor Vine Num
Peaches - Georgia Peach Num and Peachy Stamp-It Nom
Strawberries - Straw-Nana Gloss-Up Nom (we didn't use the bananas at the end as they were too ripe!)
Blackberries - Wanda Wildberry Num (it's not quite a wildberry but they look similar!)
Marshmallows - Toasty Mallow and Softy Mallow Nums

Victor Vines Num smells just like a grape candy! We didn't use them at the end as we were too busy using the other fruits instead.

Georgia Peach Num and Peachy Stamp-It Nom looks and smells yummy next to the real peaches!

You can't beat strawberries and cream (and marshmallows for extra sweetness!), but my favourite was Peach and Cream (with a touch of Golden Syrup). Mmm I'd love to have it again.

How about Chocolate spread and cream? Apparently it's really good too! Abby added 2 smaller marshmallows to make it look more like Softy Mallow Num haha.

We had lots of fun using Num Noms series 3 for ideas, and discovered some new yummy combinations too! They really get your creativity going, and pancakes became that much more interesting!

What will you have with your pancakes today?
