Hara Bhara Kabab

The crispy Hara Bhara kabab is a full of aromatic spices, made from spinach, green peas and chicken cubes it is the nutritious snack, great with any chutney or sauce.
Ingredients
• Chicken Boiled 500 grams
• Peas Boiled ½ Cup
• Coriander leaves ½ Cup
• Mint leaves ½ Cup
• Spinach Blanched 1 Cup
• Green chilies 3-4
• Whole spice powder 1 Tsp
• Red chili powder 1 Tsp
• Salt 1 tsp or to taste
• Dried pomegranate powder 1 Tsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
• Bread slices 1-2
• Egg 1
• Milk 3-4 TBS
• Oil for frying
Method
1. In the food chopper, add chicken boiled, peas, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, green chilies, whole spice powder, red chili powder, salt, dried pomegranate powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, bread slices, milk, and egg, grind until well combined.
2. Take mixture and make kabab/patty.
3. In frying pan, add oil and fry kabab/patty until light brown.
4. Hare Bhara kabab is ready, serve with ketchup.
