2 Ingredients Mango Yogurt Smoothie
It is so easy to prepare. I have used Greek Yogurt which is thicker than the normal Yogurt. If you use normal yogurt then i suggest you drain it on a cheesecloth or a kitchen towel for 10 minutes before blending. Add 1 tsp Vanilla essence as it is the one main flavouring ingredient.
I used frozen Mango cubes which I made myself as we do not get Mango readily in the place where I live!
You can use plain or flavoured yogurt. I tweaked the recipe a bit and used Strawberry flavoured Yogurt which blends beautifully with the Mango!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ripe Mango – cubed
1 cup Greek Yogurt
METHOD
The Mango slices
Blend both the ingredients and pour into smoothie glasses. Serve preferably chilled.
